The Bakaneko Monthly Original Character contest has finally been brought back! This is the same MOC as before, except that now it is run by LOZ64.
Important note: I am not the webmaster of Bakaneko, so I didn't create the tutorials. I just run the contest portion of the site. Please don't confuse me with Athey, the webmaster/owner of Bakaneko!

The MOC is a monthly contest in which artists (including you) submit their drawings of an original character they create based on a few facts. General details about the character are provided, but they are vague enough so that you can be creative with it! Your assignment is to create your own character based on the guidelines. Artists are also encouraged (although it is not necessary) to come up with a short story or a scene from a story about that character and submit it along with their artwork. Everyone can vote on the submitted artwork and stories at the end of the submission period. Three winners according to three categories (Overall, Story and Creativity) will be chosen, and of course you can win in more than one category.
