Character's Story:
Teinchi is not your average super hero. First of all, he's only three. Or, atleast he looks only three. He's been around for as long as the people in Gamma City can remember, and that's a long time. Also, the poor little chap isn't much use at fighting. Three year olds aren't supposed to beat up grown men. No, his way of saving the city is much different. With his drangar Trini, he can send a person to a dream world where doing anything a three year old would consider naughty is impossible to do. But still, he does stop them, and everyone has heard of him. Those who haven't, like visitors to the city, often dream of him. Such pleasant dreams they are. Yes, everyone in Gamma City knows of Magic Puff Teinchi.
Comments: This is one of my first attempts at anime. I've only been doing it about a week and a half. This is my first colored picture. I'm also aware that he is not your average superhero. That's what makes him so fun.
