Character's Story:
In a city of chaos, a city of fear, there exists but one shining glimmer of hope for the terrified citizens of their concrete jungle. Only one single man can combat the forces of evil that have long since plaqued the peaceful city. That man is definately not this guy. Look at him. The costume is kind of cool, but of all the super powers available, he flushed toilets from far away. What could you possibly do with that?
