Character's Story:
This is Slo-Mo, the ultimate hero. When he is fighting crime he is going normail speed but everything else is going 1/10 of thier normal speed. To regular people they are going regular speed but he is going ten times faster. His powers allow him to fight in super speed with control, everything is slow.

Fred Smith was always smaller then every one, he was the nerdiest kid in school when he was a kid. On the scale of intelligence, Fred was 11 out of 10, he was a smart. His brains and sympathy for the weak and his brain led him to invent inventions to save people. The day it all happened he was testing his best invention, the slo surgery. It was a machine used to slow down a patient body during surgury so docters would have 5 times the length to operate during a critical surgery. They were testing the machine on him to see how it worked, when it exploded! The funny thing is the explotion counter acted with the machine giving Fred super powers, he was able to grab all the docters and rescue them before they were hurt. From then he was known as Slo-Mo.

Though he had super powers he still used his brain. Fred didn't just wear tights and have a catchy hero phrase, he made the ultimate costume. He wears a gas mask to prevent any sleeping gases. Fred wears bullet proof clothing just incase. He wields a tranquilizer gun to knock out his enemies without force. He is No longer Fred, he is Slo-Mo.
