Character's Story:
Mareo was born into a grand Kingdom constantly in dispute. Everyone was always fighting for some reason, and there was much violence among them. Mareo, who is a timid and rather peaceful elf, was often a target for anyone looking for trouble. Tired of constantly being beaten, he runs from the kingdom with a life long friend, Picco (the bird). He takes refuge in the beautiful dreams of a girl, where everyone is peaceful and quiet, and there is no fighting. The girl and her sub-conscience even welcome him freely.

The girls dreams may be perfect for Mareo, but all is not what it seems. At first, whenever the girl appears before Mareo in her dreams, she seems happy ans cheerful, but later it is discovered that she is deeply troubled. She only hid her problems behind a happy outlook. Soon this begins to affect her dreams, and her once glorious and peaceful dreamscape turns into a dark, violent nightmare.

Now Mareo and Picco must travel into the depths of a young and troubled girls mind to save their home from the brink of destruction. Where the impossible is possible. Where any obstacle can occur, and the very ground they stand on can collapse and swallow them into an eternity of sorrow and confusion.

Will Mareo be able to help the girl before irreparable damage is done? Will he be able to face everything he walked away from, or will he chose to run again?
