Character's Story:
A long time ago
When the wind still didn't know how to blow
God and Devil, tired of their holy conflict
Sealed a contract to end the it quick
To seal their alliance a creature was born
All existant boundaries it would have torn
Neither angel, neither devil
It was both virtuous and evil
They called her Laythie
They put her on Syllumina, the earth the less frail
Where she could be protected by heaven and hell
But she wouldn't fit in anywhere
Coz wings, an angel's and a devil's, have sprouted without her being aware
There wouldn't be any problem
But devils, nobody like them
People treated her with favors
Afraid of god, but also of hell's flavour
But then came the day of havoc
Heaven and hell were once more into shock
Furious, they broke the mighty pact
Abandonning the "ring" of their alliance without any tact
Alone she was forevermore
Nobody would care for her anymore
Everybody would run away from her
After all, like the pact, wasn't she nothing more but a disaster?
So she left to find a path
A path which would cast away her past
To find a meaning to her now useless existence
And somehow find the nature of her essence
Coz nor good nor evil was she
Nor angel nor devil was she
Then who is she?
She was a human
Coz she, unlike Sylluminians, couldn't see her own wings and halo
So perhaps us humans do have such wings
And choose between virtue and sin
